A ritual can be incorporated into any ceremony, listed below are some of the more popular options.

A unique opportunity to join two family groups, simply choose a container and different coloured sands.

The Bride and Groom are the first to pour using only half of their sand forming two separate layers, followed by all the other family members who pour their own layer of sand.

Finally the Bride and Groom pour the last layer together with the two sands mixing as they fall into the container.

As the sands mix together it symbolizes a bond of love and respect, a bond that can never be separated.  The family now becomes a blending of individual personalities bonded together, joined not only in marriage but also as a family.

Roses can be exchanged as a symbol of love.

If using a rose bud it is a symbol of the marriage blossoming into maturity and a magnificent flower.

You may choose to exchange roses that are then placed in a vase which is given a special place in the house and on each anniversary you can exchange roses as a recommitment of your love to each other.

Candles symbolize many things, they can be a guiding light, protection, reassurance, hope, or represent family who have died.

If you decide to use candles remember it can be difficult to keep the flame going if the ceremony is outside.

This can be solved by using a lantern style holder.

You have many choices if you wish to make your ceremony truly unique.
